ACE Extrusions can easily manufacture high tolerance sturdy profiles at 1/8” (0.317 cm) to 6” (15.24 cm) with wall thicknesses of 030” (0.076 cm) to 0.250” (0.635 cm) using the highest quality materials that include, ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene), and Rigid and Flexible PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride).
